*All masage services must be booked with a major credit card number.  In the event that you are unable to keep an appointment and fail to give us at least 24 hours notice, your account will be billed with a 25% service charge.

Please be prepared to provide some basic health and medical history information before your first session.  While this information is kept confidential and is never shared with other organizations, it is necessary so that the massage therapist will know if there is anything she needs to pay special attention to or possibly avoid.
